18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption statement

Effective September 29, 2026.

All visual depictions in the websites and games made by Soft Body Games — including softbodygames.com, beatit.fun, rubit.fun and feelem.fun — are entirely computer-generated. They are 3D models built and animated by software. No actual human being was used, filmed, photographed or depicted in creating any of them, and no image of a real person is displayed.

Because the depictions do not involve actual human beings, they are not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Every body depicted is that of an adult, and the games are intended for adults aged 18 and over only.
