Privacy policy
Effective September 29, 2026.
This policy covers the websites and games made by Soft Body Games ("we", "us"): softbodygames.com, beatit.fun, rubit.fun, feelem.fun, and any site that links to it. In short: there are no accounts, no cookies, and nothing that identifies you — unless you join our Patreon or sign in with it for a game's Toychest, and then we keep only what we need to know whether your membership unlocks it.
What stays on your device
The games remember your progress and settings in your browser's local storage, on your device only: your age confirmation, scores and personal bests, achievements and streaks, counts of your own play, which facts you have seen, your settings (mode, input, facts and haptics on or off), whether you have seen the guides, and the day of your first and latest visit. If you sign in with Patreon, your browser also keeps your sign-in and whether your membership unlocks the Toychest; signing out removes them. We cannot read any of this from our side except as described below. Clearing your browser's site data removes it all.
We use no cookies for tracking or advertising.
What reaches us
- Live counts and scores. While you play, the game sends our server your stroke and similar counts (to add to the global totals), finished runs (so our server can check a score before it goes on a leaderboard), and simple milestones (for example, that a run was finished or a setting switched off). None of it carries your name, an account or an identifier.
- Anonymous daily totals. When you pass the age gate, the game tells our server that a visit happened, whether it is your first visit (from the dates on your device), the day of your first visit, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. We keep only totals per day — how many visits, how many new visitors, how many returned after n days — never a record of any one visitor. We keep these daily totals, which describe no one.
- Analytics. Our sites use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports page views, referring sites, countries, device types and page speed in aggregate, without fingerprinting you.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the network requests that deliver the games, as any host does; we do not keep IP addresses in our own records.
If you join our Patreon
Each game's Toychest comes with a monthly membership on our Patreon (patreon.com/softbodygames). When you sign in with Patreon in a game, we ask Patreon only for your Patreon user number and your membership with us (which tiers, and whether it is active, a free trial or a gift). We do not ask for your name, your email address, your other memberships or your card details.
What we keep, once your membership unlocks a game's Toychest: your Patreon user number, your membership's status and tiers, and a dated record of when it changed — kept after your membership ends, so a game can tell you it has. Patreon tells us of changes as they happen, and once a day we read our list of members from Patreon to correct anything missed; from both we keep only those facts. This lets a game unlock the Toychest on any device you sign in on. We keep nothing about members whose membership has never unlocked a Toychest, or about anyone who signs in without one. We do not keep your name or email address.
Patreon handles your payment and your account under its own privacy policy. Patreon may show us members' email addresses, as it does for every creator; we do not use them to market to you.
Device features
Some games use your phone's vibration for haptic feedback (you can switch it off), and may ask to use its motion sensor so tilting the phone moves the game. On softbodygames.com, the logo gives a short tick when you poke it, and may ask to use the motion sensor so tilting the phone moves its letters. None of this sends anything to us.
Children
The adult games are for people 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger.
Your choices and rights
- You can use the games without signing in at all.
- Clearing your browser's site data removes everything stored on your device.
- You can ask us to delete what we keep about your Patreon membership (your Patreon user number, its status and its history) by writing to us. Once your membership has ended, we delete it for good. While it still unlocks a Toychest (to the end of the last month paid for), we need it, and delete it when it ends.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal data (to access, correct or delete it, or to object to its use). Write to us and we will help.
Where data is processed
Our hosting provider runs worldwide, so the counts and totals above may be processed outside your country. Patreon is based in the United States.
Changes
We will update this policy when the games change what they collect; the effective date above shows the latest version.
