Complaints and content removal

Effective September 29, 2026.

We want to hear about anything in Soft Body Games' games that you think is wrong, harmful or inaccurate — including any fact you believe is out of date.

How to tell us

Write to hello@softbodygames.com with:

• which game, and where in it (a screenshot helps);
• what the problem is;
• how to reach you, if it is not the address you write from.

What happens next

• We acknowledge every complaint within 7 days.
• We review it and tell you what we decided, and why, within 30 days — sooner for anything urgent.
• If content is inaccurate or breaks our standards, we correct or remove it.
• If you disagree with our decision, reply and ask for a second review; someone who did not make the first decision will look again.

Our standards

• Everything depicted is computer-generated, and every body depicted is an adult's (see our 2257 statement). Any concern that anything could be read otherwise is treated as urgent and reviewed at once.
• Consent and safety. Our games frame play as consensual, never depict injury or abuse, and give safety facts where they matter.
• Accuracy. Facts are sourced; if a source is superseded, we update the fact.
• No user uploads. The games contain no content from other users; leaderboards show only scores.
