Terms of use
Effective September 29, 2026.
These terms cover the websites and games made by Soft Body Games ("we", "us"): softbodygames.com, beatit.fun, rubit.fun, feelem.fun, and any site that links to these terms (together, "the games"). By using the games you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the games.
1. Adults only
The games show computer-generated 3D anatomy, including genitals and sexual responses, for sex education and entertainment. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view such material where you live, to use the adult games. By confirming your age at a game's age gate, you tell us that you are.
2. What the games are — and are not
The games teach real anatomy and physiology, and every fact we state is sourced. They are educational entertainment, not medical advice. Nothing in them is a diagnosis or a substitute for a doctor. If a fact or a symptom concerns you, talk to a healthcare professional.
Everything shown is computer-generated. No real person is depicted (see our 2257 statement).
3. Using the games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the games for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not:
- script, automate or otherwise fake play to get onto leaderboards or distort the live counts;
- try to break, overload or get around the games' security or limits;
- copy, redistribute or sell the games or their content, except sharing a result card or a link the way the game offers;
- use the games in any way that breaks the law.
We may remove scores we believe were not earned fairly, and limit access for anyone abusing the games.
4. Memberships
Each game's Toychest — its toys and other extras — comes with a monthly membership of that game's tier on our Patreon page: while your membership is active, the Toychest is unlocked in that game. Patreon takes the payment and is bound by its own terms.
- Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time on Patreon; you keep the Toychest until the end of the month you paid for. A declined payment, a refund or a chargeback ends access when Patreon ends the membership.
- Payments are non-refundable, except as our refund policy sets out.
- If we ever close a game, its membership ends with it; we would give notice first.
- You sign in with Patreon to unlock the Toychest on any device; we keep only what is needed to know whether your membership unlocks it (see our privacy policy).
- Prices are shown on our Patreon page and may change; a change applies to future payments only, as Patreon's rules allow.
Giving. 10% of every purchase goes to the cause named on that game (see our giving page).
5. Our content
The games, their code, models, text and designs belong to Soft Body Games. The facts we cite belong to their sources, credited where they appear.
6. Disclaimers
The games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep them running and accurate, but do not promise they will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Soft Body Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the games, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the games means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and disputes belong in its courts, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
